Monique brings over 16 years of real estate sales and custom home design expertise to her customers. She's gathered real estate sales experience in three primary regions of the country. This provides her a uniquely balanced view of the real estate market cycles that effect the value of the most significant sale or purchase an individual will make in their life. On real estate foundation, Monique brings her experience of owning and managing a Lindal Cedar Home design center. She led the development of a number of highly customized homes from design and budgeting to construction and final walk-in. The combined experiences allow Monique to guide her customers through the myriad of choices and trade-offs that are often part of the home sale or purchase process.

Monique lives in Scotts Valley her husband of 21 years, two daughters and pets. She enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle including hiking, camping, riding, and boating with her family. Exploring the southwest region of the US is a passion that is part of these activities.
